Lavender House - New Procedures

We please ask all clients to read through our new procedures thoroughly before visiting us and to please adhere to them. We have completed a thorough risk assessment to ensure all staff and clients feel safe and happy while visiting us.

• If you have experienced any cold/flu symptoms or a cough please let us know so we can re arrange your appointment. Please do not visit us if you have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID19

• The front door will remain locked at all times

• There is no waiting area so we ask all clients to please arrive at the exact time of your appointment and to wait outside. Your therapist will come to the front door to collect you when it is time for your treatment

• If you are a new client your therapist will complete a consultation form with you before your treatment begins

• If you wish to purchase vouchers or products there are a few ways you can do this: email or call 01704 531400, payment can then be taken over the phone and the voucher can either be posted or emailed out to you. You can visit our website www.lavender.house and the voucher can be purchased online and will be automatically emailed to you; if you would like to call into the Spa to purchase a voucher please call us on 01704 531400 when you are outside as the front door is currently locked - we will then come and let you in.

• Masks are optional - it is up to you if you want to wear one or not.

• Upon arrival please use the automatic hand sanitizer which is available to use from reception. Sanitizer will be available in every treatment room and work station.

• We are allowing extra time between appointments
